Together, we have a proven track record of closing deals, to market and lease vacancies, and to develop, improve and manage properties.
Henric From
Senior Partner
Henric is Co-founder of Mengus. Prior to founding Mengus, he was head of corporate real estate finance at Carnegie, a leading independent Swedish investment bank, and the head of Nordic capital markets at Jones Lang LaSalle.
Hansi Danroth
Senior Partner
Hansi is Co-founder of Mengus. Prior to founding Mengus, he was the head of Nordic leasing at Jones Lang LaSalle and before that CEO of RM Estate, a Stockholm-based property consultant.
Per Niklasson
Senior Partner
Per is Chief Executive Officer of Mengus. Prior to joining Mengus, he worked within the structured and corporate finance team at Capto/ABB Financial Consulting as an advisor primarily to private equity firms and their portfolio companies.
Björn Lindahl
Senior Partner
Björn is Senior Partner at Mengus. Prior to joining Mengus, Björn was executive vice president of Arcona and responsible for property development within the Arcona Group.
Daniel Eriksson
Partner
Daniel is Partner at Mengus. Prior to joining Mengus, Daniel was at Citycon, with a responsibility for the technical division as well as value enhancement of shopping centers, such as Kista Galleria. Before that, he held various positions with the construction consultancy and development firm Bygganalys/ÅF.
Gustaf Knall
Partner
Gustaf is Partner at Mengus. Prior to joining Mengus in 2019, Gustaf worked at Catella as an advisor on property related M&A. Gustaf holds a Master of Science from Jönköpings International Business School and with studies at Babson College in the US and Bocconi in Italy.
Johan Bogghed
COO
Johan is Chief Operating Officer at Mengus on a consultancy basis. Prior to joining Mengus, he spent more than 20 years working at the investment banking divisions of Carnegie and Nordea, primarily as project manager for M&A and capital markets related assignments.
Jan Sjölund
CFO
Jan is Chief Financial Officer at Mengus on a consultancy basis. Before joining Mengus, he worked eight years as Head of Financial Control at Autoliv Inc and prior to that six years as an auditor at PWC Stockholm.
