Fleming 7 is centrally located in the Stockholm Central Station Area with strong tenant demand for high-quality office premises. The vibrant area around Kungsbron is perfect for companies valuing world-class communications and an abundance of service.
On acquisition in 2013, Fleming 7 was partly vacant and otherwise let during post-Lehman crises periods. The two upper, rooftop floors, added by Mengus in 2017, along with extensive refurbishment projects of various sorts on the original building, repositioned Fleming 7 to par with CBD prime properties, both in terms of rents and yield. Fleming 7 became multi-let to a mix of strong domestic and international companies such as FAR and Quesada.
Fleming 7 was divested fully-let to Barings Real Estate in May 2018. By Fastighetsvärlden awarded ”Divestment of the year” in 2018
