The 6,000 sqm medium-sized SthlmHUB was erected in 1967 and was at acquisition in much need of refurbishment. As the building was to become completely vacant, a complete refurbishment, combining elegant exteriors with modern interiors and office spaces, could be conducted by Mengus in 2016 when also lettable space was increased by 500 sqm.
The property maintains a prime CBD location on Vasagatan, with striking views facing Stockholm Central Station, Riddarfjärden and Stockholm City Hall.
